Michael Mascarenhas is an accomplished, business-focused financial executive with a record of successful leadership and management in high growth, rapidly changing organizations both nationally and internationally. With exposure across diverse industries and an experience curve that exceeds 20 years, Michael has been focused towards increasing shareholder value by reforming under-performing business operations, creating business support and control systems, mitigating risk and creating financial strategies in turnaround situations. As the Executive Vice President Finance in EIDC Michael is responsible for delivering financial solutions and managing the financial affairs of the group. He actively assists group companies in developing robust financial systems and policies focused towards delivering value. Michael is an FCA, CIA and holds a Masters from the Bradford Management Centre.
